I have found that if a person wants to live a healthier life, eat better, and exercise more – it helps to actually tell someone (or the WORLD) what you want and what your goals are. It creates accountability – to do something about it!

This challenge created in collaboration with Lancome The Boutique NYC, brings you the Ultimate fusion of Fitness and Beauty; offering you a community, motivation, inspiration and accountability to achieve your health and wellness goals (and ……giveaways)! The Story of Me Sweepstakes runs from March 24, 2010 and end June 16 2010. You MUST enter and post between those dates to be eligible for the grand prize drawing on June 17, 2010. You MUST also be present at the Becky’s Fitness Company / Lancome The Boutique NYC event – Where Fitness Meets Beauty in order to claim your prize.

To take part in writing your story and to qualify for all the awesome giveaways for reaching your goals you must:

1- Register for the bi weekly newsletter with a valid email account.

2- Register to this blog. Very fast process!

3- On this page “The Story of Me”, Begin telling the world your story (as a comment), your goals, and commit to actually Change Your Life and Story and meet those goals. Share your journey! – the more comments the better chance of winning the giveaway prizes each month and the GRAND PRIZE at the end of 12 weeks. In your comment(s) you should tell the world about you, what your fitness and wellness goals are, then share your journey – tell us what you are doing to make yourself Stronger Then Yesterday.

4- Come to NYC to the Becky’s Fitness Company / Lancome The Boutique NYC event, on June 17 2010 at 6pm at the Lancome Boutique (201 Columbus Avenue, NY NY) treat yourself to a night of fitness, fun and beauty! The grand prize winner of a Day of Beauty at Lancome The Boutique NYC, and Becky’s Ultimate Fitness Package will be selected by Lancome The Boutique NYC Management that night! Winner MUST be present to collect prize! Save the date!
